Piedmont Players Costume Company rents costumes to churches, theaters, schools, colleges, universities and individuals who are in need of costumes or costume accessories.
Rentals can be accomplished by appointment through info@pptcostumes.com, by phone at 704-209-1589, or by walk-ins during shop open hours. Shop Large scale rentals for multiple costumes can be initiated online but generally are completed through phone discussions or onsite appointments. Available costumes include costumes for numerous popular Stage Shows.....Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Wizard of Oz, Tarzan, Shrek, Sister Act, Nunsense, Brigadoon, Mama Mia, Camelot, Cats, Cinderella, Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Something Rotten, Bring It On, The King and I, Grease, The Music Man and More!
Other costume types available include Renaissance Costumes, Pirates, Clowns, Devils, Witches, Wizards, Roaring 20s, Easter Bunnys, Santa Claus, Elves, Tuxedos, Formal Dresses, Wedding Gowns, Choir Robes, Angels, Shepherds, Egyptians, Western wear, Military uniforms and More.
Groups (schools, churches, colleges, films. Etc.) are encouraged to contact us by phone or email to inquire about the availability of desired costumes. PPCC Staff can research existing stock to build a rack of options to consider or the renter can come to the costume shop and pull possible options themselves by appointment. For costumes to be mailed, photographs of options can be emailed or texted to the renter for consideration.
To begin a rental, the Rental Policies agreement provided below will be signed by the renter and an invoice will be provided by the PPCC Staff detailing the cost for the rental. Normally Credit Card information will be provided to start work on the costumes. The quoted price will be due at the time of delivery of costumes, or previously discussed plans. The PPCC Staff will complete all required alterations prior to costume delivery. If necessary, arrangements can be made for costume fittings.

Costumes can be picked up at the Costume shop or prepared to be shipped. Shipping costs for delivery will be included on the invoice, as needed. The renter will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Individuals can rent costumes/accessory items same day, during scheduled Costume Shop open hours, if there are no alterations required. If there are alterations required, PPCC Staff will provide a date to complete alterations. (usually a couple days). The renter will complete a rental agreement (attached below). The PPCC Staff will complete an invoice and may take measurements using the below forms depending on how extensive alterations are. Credit Card information will normally be provided to start the alteration project. Payment on the costume will be made when the costume is picked up.
